Continuing with our culinary theme, we will create a planted selection of Spring/Summer herbs in a hanging mossed basket that you can hang indoors or out. Herbs should be shown off and celebrated not only for their savory usefulness but also for their beauty, and a hanging herb garden is perfect for a Spring spiff around the house that we all seem to need when the temps rise a little bit and we begin gently brushing off the cobwebs of Winter. You'll leave with your creation, care instructions and the knowledge to recreate this project. All materials will be provided for this project.

After planting our baskets we will harvest some of the bounty and create Herb-infused vinegars. Along with coastal style cocktails and delicious passed appetizers - this is an effortless yet very handy gardening craft/skill and you'll be guided through which type of vinegar to use with each of the many herb pairings - the possibilities are endless. You'll leave with a bottle or two of infused vinegar, care instructions and the knowledge to recreate this project. All materials will be provided for this project.
