 Jen Dorton of Carolina Mariculture Oyster Farm will educate and delight on the subject of these precious mollusks - the most delectable of seafood appetizers. You'll learn what to look for when purchasing fresh oysters. the techniques of shucking and slurping, cooking along with suggestions for wine or coastal style cocktail pairings. We'll also be serving lavish coastal style Spring themed hors-d'oeuvres with cocktails and champagne. The workshop is designed for the oyster novice, but it's also great for anyone looking to strengthen their oyster game - we're confident that you'll be the one educating family and friends at your next oyster gathering.
